Refund policy
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of verified manufacturing defects. If your item has a factory defect, you must notify us within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving your product to request an exchange.

No Refunds: Exchanges only for identical items or store credit, subject to inventory availability.
Exclusions: Natural leather markings and hand-tooling variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Natural Characteristics of Artisan Leather:Because leather is a natural material and each product is crafted completely by hand, you may notice:
- Minor imperfections in the grain
- Natural color variations and shading
- Distinctive natural markings or scars
- Slight measurement differences
These variations are not defects. They are unique characteristics that evidence the handmade nature of your artisan piece, making it one of a kind.
Screen vs. Reality and Patina:Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from the images shown on your screen due to natural dye absorption and individual monitor display settings. Over time, your vegetable-tanned saddle leather will develop a beautiful, darker patina unique to your use and environment.

You must include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the alleged defect. Once reviewed, we will provide you with further instructions on the exchange process.
